We offer two plans: Starter at £39/month for AI call answering and message taking, and Pro at £79/month which adds automatic appointment booking, calendar sync, and travel-time scheduling. Both include a 7-day free trial — no credit card required.
Does it really sound like a real person? +
Yes. We use the latest AI voice technology. However, whilst an AI assistant can sound warm and friendly, we don't try and pass them off as human. Customers are informed immediately at the start of each call that they're speaking to an automated assistant. No one likes to feel deceived.
Can I keep my existing phone number? +
Absolutely. You simply forward calls to TradeHalo when you're busy or after hours. You can turn forwarding on and off whenever you like.
What happens in an emergency? +
TradeHalo detects urgent situations (burst pipes, no water, gas leaks, etc.) and will send you a notification marked urgent when this happens.
How does the calendar work? +
You set your working hours and availability. TradeHalo automatically calculates travel time between jobs and only offers appointments when you're actually available. No double-bookings.
